Committee Work

Our Contribution

It goes without saying that calculation standards are a vital component of our work. For this reason, KISSsoft AG actively participates in a range of standardization committees: for example, in the TK25 Committee (Gears) of the Swiss Association for Standardization (SNV) and in the ISO/TC 60 Workgroup 6 (Cylindrical gear calculation). Furthermore we have an active role in ISO/TC 60/WG 13 (Bevel gears) as well as the VDI Commission on the definition of VDI 2736 (Thermoplastic gear wheels). Finally, we regularly host ISO and VDI meetings on our premises.

True to our motto - "Sharing Knowledge" - we encourage information-sharing also considering committee work on an international level so that we can be sure we are providing our users with software that can be used anywhere in the world.
