Combi Honing with 260HMS

Gleason’s unique Combi Honing is perfectly suited to address demanding requirements in hard finishing of gears. It allows to hone two gears in one single setup and is ideally suited for stepped pinions and other typical e-drive applications. Additionally, Combi Honing enables exceptional surface finish qualities of gears by using two different honing rings specifications in one setup. Combi Honing provides an excellent alternative to polish grinding.

Coniflex Pro for Differential Gears

Gleason's new Coniflex® Pro Design and Manufacturing System produces stronger, quieter, and more reliable straight bevel gears, ideally suited for e-drive differential gears in high volumes, for automotive, truck, bus and off-highway transmissions.
